Partners in Prevention
Our Partners in Prevention is a referral network of organizations that have been trained on A Step Ahead Foundation of Middle Tennessee’s mission and model. We love working with organizations and groups in our community.
Through this program, we are able to provide our free resources and education materials to those in our community. These community partners help increase awareness of LARC methods and how they can help women get a step ahead. We partner with organizations addressing addiction recovery, homelessness, higher education, back to school programs, job training, and many more.
We love working with organizations and groups in our community. We have educational materials and informational sessions for an assortment settings: community organizations, health care professionals, professional workshops, church groups, after school programs, and more.
Become a “Partner in Prevention”:
If you are an organization in Middle Tennessee that offers services to women and children,
let us train your staff to become a “Partner in Prevention.” During our training session,
participants will learn about all the LARC methods in order to help combat unintended pregnancies.

1. Deepen the understanding of teen and unintended pregnancy in our community.
2. Increase awareness of LARC methods and how they can help women get a step ahead.
3. Equip trainees with conversation starters to help them address teen and unintended pregnancy.
